Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.
The free part of the app is available to anyone with an internet connection. The Offline Pack is a one-off purchase that grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to store and use the app’s content on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, share, re-record or republish the recordings, text or artwork.
All content in the app — text, recordings, illustrations and the underlying book — remains the intellectual property of Chris Pohl and is protected by copyright.
Do not attempt to break, probe or circumvent the app’s access controls, extract its content in bulk, use it to harass others, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not share your account credentials.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to distribute our content. Where a purchase is suspended for a breach, no refund is due beyond your statutory rights and our refund policy.
The app shares a pilot’s explanation of how flying works, plus calming techniques. It is educational and is not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. If fear of flying is severely affecting your life, please speak to a qualified professional.
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
